Sister Libby Osgood, CND, PhD, P Eng is an Assistant Professor in Sustainable Design Engineering at the University of Prince Edward Island. She is on a two-year leave of absence, preparing to be a religious sister with the Congregation of Notre Dame at the novitiate in White Plains, NY.
