Brent is a graduate of Redeemer University College's International Relations program and Trinity Western University's Laurentian Leadership Centre. He has held a number of policy and advocacy roles, including with the Canadian Red Cross National Office’s Government Relations, Public Policy, and International Humanitarian Law Division.
