Mountain Climber

Photographer Danika Lee shows us the perspective that is gained when we climb a mountain, when we see the world from new heights. This view belongs to all of us.

The view from a mountain’s peak is somewhat humbling. Seeing the terrain of our familiar world stretched out below us, it’s almost as if we could simply reach out a hand and touch it all. We’ve gained a new perspective up here, a realization that though we cannot touch the world below, we are still very much a part of it. When we descend, we enter back into reality with a new perspective from this sacred space that we didn’t have before. This view belongs to all of us.
